A seasoned industrial leader, Jeff MacLean brings over 30 years of global manufacturing and corporate governance experience to his role. As Senior Vice President of Manufacturing for The Shaw Group, he provides strategic oversight for eight divisions within one of Eastern Canada's leading community developers, residential builders and natural resource manufacturers.

A former President of Michelin North America (Canada) Inc., Mr. MacLean's career began in engineering as a co-op student in 1988 and expanded into international executive leadership in North America and Europe. He is an alumnus of Halifax's Saint Mary's University (Bachelor of Science) and Dalhousie University, where he completed his Engineering degree.

Beyond his professional life, Jeff remains deeply committed to his community, known for coaching youth sports, serving as Chair of Nova Scotia Business Inc., and as a passionate supporter of the Special Olympics. In his leisure time, he enjoys fishing and mountain biking.
