He is an alumnus of Halifax's Saint Mary's University (Bachelor of Science) and Dalhousie University, where he completed his Engineering degree.
Beyond his professional life, Jeff remains deeply committed to his community, known for coaching youth sports, serving as Chair of Nova Scotia Business Inc., and as a passionate supporter of the Special Olympics. In his leisure time, he enjoys fishing and mountain biking.

Tracey is a registered clinical counsellor with over 30 years of experience supporting youth and mentoring emerging professionals. Her extensive background in BC's public and independent schools is bolstered by her ability to teach in-depth research from diverse perspectives. Tracey has designed K–12 wellness programs, supervises university interns, and remains a dedicated advocate for student mental health. Beyond her clinical practice, Tracey is a lifelong mentor and elite debate coach, having led Team Canada to a World Schools Debate Championship in 2010. Her community impact has earned her the CSDF McLeese Award, the Vancouver Quadra Hidden Heroes Award, and Stanford University's J.E. Wallace Sterling Award.
Jeffrey brings 20 years of Canadian automotive experience across both OEM and retail. As Managing Partner at Richmond Hyundai he built it into the top EV dealer in BC, executed a successful buy/sell, and grew market share in under three months.
